Please complete this form to request winter/summer/temporary storage at the Port Authority Storage Yards or to request a boat lift. Please send copies of current insurance coverage and registration to info@porterie.org.

If approved, a contract and invoice will be generated and emailed to you. A contract cannot be generated, or a total cost calculated without ALL of the above information completed and with insurance and registration provided. Valid insurance and registration must be provided at the time of payment.
